Do girls Need to make up?

I was wondering why is there a need put make up?
though i myself is a girl

Anyhow I'm a person who dont like to put make ups on my face.
unless there is a very very very important event
or there is a need to put them up on my face.

They are just so....

you girls out there:
wat's your reason for you to put them up on your face?
Is it necessary?
Or just to make you prettier?
Wat else does it help you?

I mean if you need or had the habit of doing it so.
Honesty I think is okay.
But if some were to act or do it on purpose
It seems so un-right la.
You can say i'm jealous or wat so ever.
I'm don mind. ^^

No offense to girls who put on makeups.
Just wondering about this problems.
