Philippines DAY TWO.


The authenticity of my contents might flautate as of my vague memories towards this trip.
As such, Im here to post most of the photos that I could edit and to share. ^^ So this could explain the llllllooooooooooooooonnnnnng post......... p/s: even though this post might not interest most of my readers, I would just like to share them with you. As well as blogging about my experiences on this space to keep track of my happy times. Well. Enough of words. I will start my Day II journey.

Day Two. Officially started as Day 1.
A group shot cum cheers each day before we start our day. You could just see the difference between us on this first and last day. HAHA.



Throughout the entire trip, we travelled by this 'magic school' bus as we named it. I guess the younger generation kids would never experience riding a non air-conditioned bus in SG anymore.


In pink is Munching, Blue is Vio. She is one of the local try members who has helped us a lot throughout the entire trip and the transition of donations and items.


 We had lots of different experience sitting on it, especially spending most of our time sleeping during every single bus journey w the bumpy road, dusty air and SUPER windy + fresh air.

     First stop: ECO-environment sytem.
p/s: i cant recall the names of the places that we had visited.

OOH..... they are soft! omg~ goosebumps.
These are the smaller version as they are being breed by the centre. The wild earthworms are much fatter and healthier.


Philippines is a country where people are such a miser. They really do so much recycle stuff. ^^


They collected many plastic bags for recycling purposes and recreate them into useful products just as tote bags or even hand bags and more. Very creative!! Could buying from them and bring it back to Sg and sell them for charity purposes. At the same time, kinda advertise and market their products for them .

Everyday, we will be passing by several HUGH patches of green rice fields. Air was fresh and it really calms my nerves. Through even bus ride, I would have a good chat with several friends. I didnt have a so "call partner" during the trip. However, I really must said that I have several friends that i really clique well share my thoughts. ^^ OS: hope they know who they are. ^^


Unfortunately, what i realised was that most of them would tends to sleep during the bus ride. Didnt have the chance to chat. See those sitting on the right, they are all one seaters. Since there wasnt much chance to chat with them as well. There are still 20 days to go. Read on to find out.

Next stop: Bago City Sanitary Plantation ("I think so")

The view is just extraordinary! Maybe is just me lah. HAHA
This plantation is in the middle of hills and big fields, very nice scenery but scorching hot sun!

Fourth Stop: Mountain resort

Remarkable scenery and the weather (temperature) is really cooling! Somemore like genting! ^^

During this trip, each of us are assigned to a schedule for our duty.
Cook dinner, trash and hygiene.


So the first night was Eugeue, wei en and me to prepare the rest dinner.
So while the rest are staying in bunk, the three of us and Stalla (our local try member) head out to their market to get our ingredients. You may take a look how the market looks like - here.

Hello Stella. =D
She is helping us out on the first day. After the first day of cooking, I realised that I have so much to learn and how different their ingredients were used. The pink shell eggs are salted eggs. She is doing us some local genuine salad! Freaking delicious!

p/s: they philippines's salted eggs are dyed in pink is mainly for differentiating purposes.

Anyway our dinner was green curry chicken and fried beehoon plus chill salted egg salad!
OS: so gonna try this for my home gather one day. =D

Every night after meeting, we could spend our time taking turns to bathe, HTHT on top of our magic school bus and loitering around. But for this first few nights, we are only to stay within our boundries and not to move about to far from our bunk. Oh and there is not internet connect for about 1 week or so? Till we hit the lan shop for connect. HAHAHA!

P/s: mosquitos were free over there but not our blood.

p/s: AND i got sick on the departure day itself. =(
