FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Need a break from all the restless day and night. Met up with E randomly again for ice-cream cravings and hence Udders @ thomson. Haven been there since A left for sailing. Usually will tag along with him for some darts session. Feels like playing it now. =X 

Anyways, back to udders ice-cream.

We had two scopes with waffles.

Awesomely chocolate and Mao Shang Wang(durian)!

The durian flavour was super good can! Its like eating real durian flesh! Nom Nom Nom!!! Im not a chocolate fan though, still the awesomely chocolate was really rich. But too much for me. HAHA!

 Ordered their sundae, with a scope of Snickers Mars Honeycomb Vanilla.

The whole flavour was mixed up like a rojak. First few mouth was good! Refreshing. However, the subsequent taste was quite sweet and it covered up snickers mars honeycomb taste. =( Was quite disappointed. Probably its just me. HAHA!

 Still the overall experience, ambience, food was still great. Companion was the best! ^^

I need more of this to wave my thoughts till they call me! Please please please!

This love will never ends

This was taken some time back during Chinese New Year. Ask eileen out to accompany me for job application but no valid. HAHA! So we went out to walk around instead.

Then a random and impromptu day out on Saturday wtih the clique. So settled our brunch at Upper Thomson Rd (of which what I only know) for Yong Tau Fau.

 Was really excited that day because it was so random and apparently all of us could make it. Also, cannot wait for the food to be served lah!

 It was not wat I expected from both its taste and way of serving. It came in a standard order, where by you doesnt have to select your items. Rather, just order according to quantity by per pax and they will just serve according. The sauce was super good! Especially the flagrance, which I really like the most. Good with rice and kang kong!

Oh oh! Their chilli also bagus (good) lah! okay lah, everything is good! HAHA! Really must go try. Though I don have the exactly address. Should I have a foodlog on my blog. ^^ Maybe I should. =P

Next stop, Mezznanotte Ice-cream!! ^^ This shop is located along the same stretch as the YTF. Near Han's restaurant. Just too busy eating the ice-cream and hence the lack of photos. Plus I hardly take food photos now. Scare kanna label as "typical". HAHA! I just kid though. I still do take food photos, however so much lesser then before.

Typing this, reminds me of how E label be as boring person now. hahaha! IKR! "Uni" and "love" change my life style and characters. XD

Cannot imagine to have know them 10+ years now. Time really fly pass us and we are all into our own life. Some stays, some have left us but it doesnt matter for the latter. As I strongly believe that no matter wat happens, we will still be there for each other. Somehow or rather, we will still contact back regardless of any issues. So, in life I really treasures all sort of relationships and everyone should really try to balance their really well. =)

Recapping of 2013 resolution

Here is a short recap to my 2013 resolution:

1. Attended two companies interviews and been through several rounds for each before I am shortlisted. Still waiting for the second application to be approved before I could make my final decision (hopefully by Thursday). Thank you for giving me my ideal job! ^^

2. Tried Trying to update more often.

3. Have meet certain group of friends in my life. More to come! ^^

4. In the mid of marriage discussion now. Will update more details after April.

Thats all for tracking back my resolutions.

For now, I want to secure the job with the second company, as a DXO. Though the traveling is really inconvenient for me (easter here to west), I do believe I will love my job scope! Cant wait for their response like soon! If they offer me that position, I will be so so so delighted! Like really leh! So that everything are in place and following the plans we had for the past two years. ^^

Oh! To share this experience I had during the interview (so i can re-read it again few years later. XD), I cried in front of the interviewers! Yes! But more like tearing... HAHA! Got emotional in the mid of talking, I cried because I was really touched! In other words, like FINALLY someone see the hardwork I put in for the past 20 years of education. It never had been easy. I felt that he really did appreciate it and mentioned that he was really impressed after looking at my CV. Just one word, THANK YOU, YOU, YOU!

That explains why the sudden outbreak emotion in front of the interviewers! Ended up we have a good laugh together. First time they met such situation as well as me tearing during interview. WTS lah pls. Keep thinking of it, I seems so feeble and soft. Wonder they will have any negatives thoughts towards me not.

This date is a special one for Alex and I. It marks our annual anniversary. So this is our 5th year, yet we are not spending it together. Rather separately, as you might notice or heard from me that he is away for sailing and will be back only in April. He was so nice to give me two calls and the well wishes for both of us. It is really not easy having to come this far. Like really.

First step to HDB application

Hi all,

After thinking for a certain period of time, i decided to share with you all my humble experience with my HDB application. I am learning and gathering information along the way from experienced people and forums.  I am still new to all these adult stuffs but here is the first step to all those complicated documentations.

So then i shall keep the personal content of "wanna get a house together" short with A. Initially, in the year 2012 we are discussing if we should start looking at Build-To-Order(BTO) projects. Indeed, we did. However, he was AMK estate specifically. I was like "HUH?!", "I doubt HDB will implement AMK new projects. Its so cramp/crowded already.", "If there is, the price confirm super pricy", "can afford ma"?
